Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to our pottery lessons, workshops, downloadable resources, and related services. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
By accessing our content, you agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not disrupt other learners or instructors.
You must not:
- attempt to interfere with or degrade the platform (e.g., scraping, unauthorized automation, probing, or attacking);
- upload or submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes rights;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- use the Service to distribute malware or abusive content.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.
2. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- promptly update your information if it changes;
- notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may require identity verification for certain support requests, refunds, or account recovery actions.
3. Payments
Prices, fees, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable amount.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer:
- digital content access may begin immediately after purchase confirmation;
- workshop or class registrations may be subject to capacity limits and scheduling constraints;
- refund eligibility, if any, depends on the purchase type and timing.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service (including videos, text, lesson plans, images, and brand elements) is owned by Radiant Path Pottery or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial learning use.
You must not copy, redistribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative products from the content unless we explicitly authorize it in writing.
5. Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
Clay and pottery activities may involve tools, heat, dust, and physical effort. You are responsible for practicing safely, using appropriate protective equipment, and following local safety guidance.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
